Data Analyst II

Sophia Fox-Dichter (she/her/hers) is a Data Analyst II with the Social Policy Institute. She holds an M.S.W. from the Brown School with a concentration in Social and Economic Development and a specialization in Research. As part of the SPI Workforce Financial Stability Initiative team, she gathers, cleans, and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data. She contributes to the development of research projects and the writing of publications. In addition to her interest in workforce financial stability, she is interested in housing and neighborhood change. Prior to earning her M.S.W., she served in AmeriCorps as a case manager, specializing in public benefits enrollment. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, traveling, and spending time with her partner and their dog.
