Nikki Woelfel

Nikki Woelfel is the Vice President of Community Development for Carrollton Bank, a $2.8 billion community bank with locations from the St. Louis metropolitan area to Springfield, IL.  She has been with Carrollton Bank since 2018 and has worked in the Community Development field since 2014.  Her work is focused in the St. Louis region and includes managing relationships with community partners, coordinating financial education programs, conducting financial education classes, and developing strategies for paying off debt, building financial capability, and homeownership for St. Louis area residents.  She also is involved in connecting team members with community service activities and integrating bank products and services with community needs.

Woelfel serves chairperson of the board of the Metropolitan Saint Louis CRA Association, and has represented the MSLCRA in the development of the Gateway Neighborhood Mortgage Program.  She has a degree in Sociology from the University of Evansville and lives in Godfrey, IL with her husband Brad.
