Program Manager

Kourtney Gilbert (she/her/hers) is a program manager at the Social Policy Institute. She earned her master’s degree from the Brown School at Washington University. As part of the SPI workforce financial stability initiative team, Kourtney ensures all project milestones are met, aligns work with stated goals, and oversees other needed tasks related to maintaining the research projects. In addition to her interest in workforce financial stability, she is interested in youth development and neighborhood change. Prior to earning a master’s degree, she served in AmeriCorps as a math interventionist with City Year Miami. In her free time, Kourtney enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, and spending time with her son.
