Kourtney Gilbert (she/her/hers) is a dedicated Social Science Research Manager at the Social Policy Institute (SPI), holding a Master’s degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Leveraging her extensive expertise in social work and research, Kourtney supports SPI across various research agendas, ensuring the successful coordination and execution of impactful projects. Her background in community mental health and qualitative research provides a comprehensive understanding of complex social issues. Kourtney’s exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail ensure effective management of logistics, timelines, and budgets. Committed to evidence-based approaches and equitable practices, she strives to drive positive social change and improve outcomes for marginalized populations.
Outside of her professional role, Kourtney enjoys spending quality time with her family, gardening, playing basketball, and roller skating.
