Matthew Brown (he/him/his) is a program manager at the Social Policy Institute. He coordinates operations and communications, fosters team cohesion, and manages center operations and contract development for the Centene Center for Health Transformation.
Prior to joining the Social Policy Institute, Matthew was the Center Manager for the Center for Dissemination and Implementation of Washington University’s Institute for Public Health, where he coordinated center projects and activities including seminars,
proposal development programs, a seed funding program, a newsletter, and regular implementation community meetings.
Matthew earned his Master’s degree in public health from Saint Louis University in 2009 and his Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago in 2004.
Outside of work, Matthew grows food in his urban micro-farm, teaches a traffic cycling course, and participates in aerial arts and acroyoga.
