Megan Manhart (she/her) is a research assistant for the Centene Center for Health Transformation in the Social Policy Institute. Megan has obtained BAs in both
Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is currently a first-year MPH student at the Brown School with an emphasis in Mental & Behavioral Health. She has prior experience as a professional rater in the Studies for Early Anxiety
Lab (SEAL) at the WashU School of Medicine and working with adolescents and their families in a variety of clinical settings. Her interests include improving the quality of life of those affected by mental illness, specifically those individuals who currently
have limited access to care, by narrowing the disparity in treatment and working to alleviate the stigma surrounding mental health.
