Martha (she/her/hers) is the program manager of strategic initiatives for the Social Policy Institute. In her role, she builds relationships, manages key initiatives with the director, and prepares communications materials. Prior to working at SPI, she worked with several environmental organizations. At one of those organizations, Care About Climate, she continues to volunteer and lend her communications skills to the climate movement. When she is not busy communicating about social equity and climate change, she enjoys spending her free time listening to podcasts, baking, or going to parks to practice new tricks on her diabolo yoyo (a hobby she picked up in college).
