David Rothwell

David Rothwell, MSW, PhD is associate professor, Barbara E. Knudson Endowed Chair in Family Policy at Oregan State University. His broad research interests include the economic wellbeing of families and how family policies shape family life. He is currently researching Oregon’s new paid family and medical leave policy, how families use the social safety net, poverty measurement based on financial assets and net worth and factors that influence financial capability and inclusion.
