Dana J. Lorberg is executive vice president, Technology Advisor, for Mastercard, Operations and Technology (O&T). Prior to this role, Ms. Lorberg was executive vice president, product, responsible for Mastercard technology platforms including Network Processing in support of Credit, Debit and Prepaid products, Commercial Solutions, inControl and the Faster Payments platforms, providing O&T with close alignment to the Mastercard Core Products business.

Ms. Lorberg also served as group executive, Technology Relationship Management for O&T, bridging the technology needs of Mastercard products and services teams. She has also served as group executive for the Mastercard Global Network Products organization, where she was responsible for the Mastercard processing strategy and leveraging the Mastercard network to provide additional value to key stakeholders.

With Mastercard for more than 30 years, Ms. Lorberg has held a range of technology and business leadership positions. Her previous responsibilities include leading the software development for core and value-added Mastercard technology products, providing business ownership for Mastercard chip technologies and transaction processing products. She served as business unit financial officer for O&T, and led the information security and global business continuity practices for the company. In addition, she led the launch of the information technology solutions consulting practice within Mastercard Advisors, leveraging the intellectual capabilities of Mastercard’s advanced technologies to drive value for customers.

Ms. Lorberg has been named among the Most Influential Women of St. Louis by the St. Louis Business Journal, the Top 25 Non-Bank Women in Finance by U.S. Banker, and the Most Influential Women in Payments by both Card Forum and PaymentsSource.

Ms. Lorberg is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, with a bachelor’s degree in data processing and quantitative analysis.
