Dr. Dan Vilenchik is a researcher with a background in theoretical computer science, as well as machine learning. He did his post-doc at the universities of Berkeley and UCLA. He is the author of more than 40 articles that have appeared at the world’s leading conferences in the field of artificial intelligence and statistics such as AAAI and COLT and the Annals of Statistics.
His research focuses both on theoretical aspects of learning such as the challenges posed by high-dimensional data, as well as on practical innovative methodologies for real-world problems arising in various fields such as Natural Language Processing, cognition, automatic drug design, etc. His research was funded by the Israeli Innovation Authority and the Israeli Science Foundation.
